Duties

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of automotive parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote services and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed by technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer interactions, and employee performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, including tire service, oil changes, alignments, and general mechanic skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in automotive repair is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
