WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Responsible for new items and new vendor creation in ERP’s.
- Updating vendor catalogs
- Supporting data from acquisition
- Data collection, validation, cleaning, and transformation.
- Reporting and analysis support
- Examining data reports to locate and resolve mistakes.
- Analyzing and collecting data for various types of business reports.
- Regularly update and maintain databases to reflect changes in the data source.
- Continuous improvement with data processing technologies and best practices.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analysis, or a related field
- Trainable in 2 ERPs and ERP Support/Case system
- Proficient use of various software, and advanced use of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Cross-functionalization skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
