WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Working with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of contracts, agreements, and expectations for major projects from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Assisting with proposal and quote development to include initiating, analyzing, and comparing written quotes from vendors.
- Updating and maintaining accurate information in the ERP system and project databases.
- Maintaining vendor relationships to optimize the execution of their services.
- Assisting project managers to meet milestones and project-specific requirements, including invoicing customers accordingly.
- Monitoring cost and revenue throughout the project's life and addressing discrepancies with the Project Manager.
- Monitoring AR for assigned customers and following up on late/past due payments.
- Maintaining strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with ordering and inventory control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. PowerPoint & Access, necessary.
- Previous ERP or procurement experience, preferred.
- Strong initiative and ability to anticipate issues proactively.
- Ability to succeed in an often fast-paced environment, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Proven track record of reliability and responsibility.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding, results-driven environment.
- Possess a high level of integrity.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
