About the position

We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Accounts Receivable Specialist II.
As an Account Receivable Specialist II, you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing collections and disputes. Performing account reconciliations and obtaining the necessary documents from different departments to manages the claims and resolve disputes. le).
Your main responsibilities :
Collections :
- Manage the receivables of the assigned accounts, ensuring timely collections and disputes.
- Control invoices on the customer's portal and ensure we meet deadlines to deliver documents, retrieve payments, and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Contact customers for payment resolution and discrepancies.
- Validate that the customer receives the invoices and inform Management if there is any failure in the system delivery.
- Send statements to customers and prepare dunning letters for past due accounts.
- Provide the details of invoices to be considered in the bad debt reserve.
