Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Payson, AZ, 85541
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights,7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12
Shift Notes: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM/36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/the Client is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On-Call Requirements: On-call schedule to be determined by facility

- UPDATED ASSIGNMENT TERMS FOR ALL STARTS ON OR AFTER 4/23/2023***
- Learning modules must be completed before the start of the assignment.
- Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
- Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days' written notice without penalty.
- The client will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
- PLEASE NOTE, The client HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO. PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IMMEDIATELY**

- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page and must be less than 7 days.
- RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of the assignment.

- 24 months minimum of current CT and X-ray experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - Preferred

- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
