EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Shift: 12 hr 7a-7p, Days ; Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
Call: Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration
Vaccination Requirement: FLU Vaccine is required- NO exceptions
Radius Rule: We will not accept a traveler who has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.

Experience

- Must have a minimum of three years of recent RN experience;
- MUST be willing to train current staff and float to Med/Surg Tele if needed
- A current AZ RN License is required
- Must have BLS/BCLS & ACLS
- PALS Certifications preferred
