EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Shift: 36hrs 12hr Days (7a-7p); facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply.RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
Call: Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration
Vaccination Requirement: FLU Vaccine is required- NO exceptions
Radius Rule: We will not accept a traveler who has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.

Experience
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
- Must have a minimum of (2) two years of recent RN experience in ER;
- Previous experience as a traveler is strongly preferred!
- A current AZ RN License is required
- Must have BLS/BCLS. ACLS is required
- PALS Required
- ENPC, TNCC, and STABLE certifications preferred
