Shift: 2x12 hour Nurse shifts as well as 2x8 hour shifts
Vaccination Requirement: FLU Vaccine is required- NO exceptions
Radius Rule: We will not accept a traveler who has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.

Experience

- Must have a minimum of five years of RN experience,
- OB experience preferred
- A current AZ RN License is required
- Must have BLS/BCLS. ACLS is required
- PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and STABLE certifications required
