13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

Experience :

Rehab Optima Experience Preferred.

Licenses Certifications and / or Registration :

An active unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant(COTA) certification valid in a U.S. State or Territory is required

Shift : MonFri Days

Vaccination : Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date

MAKE SURE PRESCREEN IS FILLED OUT AND ATTACHED UPON SUBMITTING CANDIDATE.
