We are currently looking for experienced, hardworking and compassionate Healthcare Professionals to join us and help bridge the staffing gap in all aspects of the healthcare system. We offer PRN, Contract and permanent positions.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics

Start Date: 10/14/2024

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Pittsfield, MA, 01201

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12

Shift Notes: 12hr Nights, Must Float to Med/Surg or Post-Partum as needed 36hrs or 48 hrs guaranteed

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays as needed

On-Call Requirements: None

COVID-19/FLU: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures), or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing, please include the traveler's COVID vaccination card/or intent to fill out the exemption form with profile submission

Traveler Policy: This client will not consider "local" travelers (who reside within 50 miles of the facility).

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

• THIS IS A VERY, VERY SMALL UNIT. CALL-OUTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED (Call-outs will CLOSE this Unit and adversely affect patient care). PLEASE UPLOAD ONLY YOUR MOST DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE TRAVELERS!
• Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. TRAVELERS MUST WORK HOLIDAYS. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
  
  

Our experienced Pediatric nurses understand the unique needs of children and adolescents, and the importance of family involvement in their care. We provide "rooming in" for parents who wish to remain with their child during the hospital stay. To help make the visit more pleasant, we have on hand a variety of "in-room" games and videos, as well as a playroom for those with no contagious illness.

Submission Requirements

• 2 years of current Peds experience
• ADULT MS EXPERIENCE - Preferred (to Float)-Please note experience on profile.
• Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
• BSN preferred
