Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care
Start Date: 11/4/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Pittsfield, MA, 01201
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8
Shift Notes: 8hr days (7a-3.30p or 8a-4.30p) 40hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every fourth weekend/Holiday coverage required if scheduled
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.
Exemption forms are available in Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures), or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. - AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO THE PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- TRAVELER CANNOT HAVE ALL HOLIDAYS OFF!!! TRAVELERS MUST WORK TWO: THANKSGIVING AND THE WEEKEND AFTER CHRISTMAS EVE/CHRISTMAS DAY AND THE WEEKEND AFTER NEW YEAR'S EVE/NEW YEAR'S DAY AND THE WEEKEND AFTER
- Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- 2 years of current wound care experience
- Certified Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nurse (WOCN) required - NON NEGOTIABLE! MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD!
- Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
- Traveler must have their vehicle for this assignment
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- Wound Care Certification
- Massachusetts
- MA RN license must be in hand at upload. The facility will not pend license
