Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 12
Shift Notes: 6:45A - 7:15P (12 Hour Days) (36 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements:1-2 Weekends Per Month
On-Call Requirements: Some On-call Required
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: na
Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 100-mile radius restriction)
Dress Code: Navy
EMR: Epi
Coordinates nursing care for patients of all ages, coordinates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel focusing on outcomes in patient care and maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The RN is responsible for the coordination of interdisciplinary functions and manages resources for quality patient care. The Registered Nurse is seen as a role model for exhibiting the Behavioral Standards and Customer Service expectations of the Hospital.

- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- ACLS (AHA)
