Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room/Circulate
Start Date: 10/7/2024
Duration: 13 WEEKS
Location: Lancaster, NH, 03584
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8
Shift Notes: 40 Hours per week - Day shift/on-call – must reside within 30 minutes of response time to the hospital
Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend on-call
On-Call Requirements: 2-3 Nights on call during weekdays starting at 3.30p and every third weekend on-call
COVID Vaccination: COVID vaccinations are encouraged, but not required.
Travel Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
Dress Code: Hospital-issued scrubs. Closed-toe shoes. No perfume, fragrances or cologne. No facial piercings (ears OK)

- MUST HAVE OR CIRCULATE AND SCRUB EXPERIENCE!
- Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Must be available for all Holidays.
- 2 years CURRENT hospital experience in OR PLUS SCRUB EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED
- OR circulate and scrub experience with ortho (including total hip, total knee), general surgery, gyn, podiatry, urology, ENT, ENDO - Required - PLEASE UPLOAD DETAILED SKILLS CHECKLIST! =
- Arterial line, Central Line, IV start skills - Required
- Vent & BiPAP Experience - Required
- Current PALS Certification - Required
- BSN - Preferred
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
- Cover page, if applicable (not required)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment
- License (NH license (or compact), - Facility will not pend license )
- ACLS
- BLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
