- 13 Week Duration | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | 40 hrs
Travel Offer:
- Estimated Weekly Total: $2,722
- Stipend included: $1,246
- Hourly Pay: 36.90, O.T: $55.35
- Travel/Mileage reimbursement: $500

JOB DESCRIPTION
Will care for a variety of patients including CP rule out, STEMI, NSTEMI, post CABG, post thoracotomy, post peripheral vascular surgery/procedure, respiratory failure with BIPAP or Airvo, dysrhythmias or blood pressures requiring IV intervention and monitoring, CHF, sepsis, etc... Post Cardiac Cath Lab patients are recovered on the unit and nursing is responsible for management of arterial sheaths. Pressors or IV infusions are not titrated on CVCU.
- Primary Location: Aspirus Rhinelander Home Health - and surrounding areas
- Shift Requirements: 8a-430p - potential to flex start and end times if needed
- Float Requirements: potential to float to other territories to assist when needed during low census
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: Limited on call – maybe once every other week. The clinician working the weekend for admissions/routines will be also potentially be on-call their assigned weekend. Most often it is triaging the calls, not necessarily having to make additional visits.
- Weekend Requirements: possible 1-2 weekends over the term of the contract.
- Holidays: As needed
- Unit Information: Oasis admissions, all time points, episode management, dr calls and coordination of care, documentation in EMR timely, clinical competencies in wound, IV, ports, Lab draws, chronic disease management.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience strongly preferred
- Travel experience - preferred
- Charting: EPIC and OASIS experience strongly preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS (AHA)
- OASIS cert is a plus (willing to train OASIS)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Wisconsin
- Compact Allowed
