Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and colleagues to ensure a person’s needs are met.
- Provide occupational therapy care to a broad cross-section of clients living in central Vermont.
- Offer education and support to individuals to help them set and reach their goals of care.
- Support your clients’ desire to maintain their independence and to live in their own homes.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
- Must have Home Health experience
- Candidate with no requested time off preferred.
- Current Vermont OT licensure
- Current BLS/BCLS is required.
