EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
- Must be an experienced traveler with Oasis and Home Health experience
- Home health and case management experience required
- Strongly prefer an experienced traveler
- Looking for a nurse with NO requested time off for this contract
- Current VT State license RN License is required
- Current BLS/BCLS is required.
