Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:45 am - 3:45 pm, 40.0 hours/week
Summary:
Social work opening for a K-5 elementary building.
The building has a self-contained program and general students with social support.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Provide counseling and support services to students and families.
- Develop and implement intervention plans to address individual student challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to identify and support at-risk students.
- Connect families with community resources and support services.
- Promote a safe and inclusive school environment through advocacy and education.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with confidentiality standards.
License/Certification: PEL endorsement for school social work (Required)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $46.00 - $47.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Social worker: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Professional Educator License (Required)
