Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement structured operational systems and scalable processes that support company growth and efficiency.
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable operational strategies, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Lead with clarity, logic, and data—fostering a culture of consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage individual and team capabilities using performance data to ensure roles are aligned with strengths and company needs.
- Establish clear performance standards, define measurable outcomes, and drive accountability.
- Guide department managers in coaching and developing their team leader skills.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and operational dashboards to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage key performance metrics; initiate corrective action plans when results fall below benchmarks.
- Oversee departmental budgets—tracking expenditures, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvement.
- Implement cost-control strategies while maintaining performance and service standards.
- Leverage data analysis to recommend improvements that positively impact profitability and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution of company objectives.
- Align interdepartmental workflows to enhance productivity.
- Drive management accountability to track progress, initiate corrective actions when appropriate, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Manage employee daily, weekly, and monthly goals to ensure that all employees are completing their assigned tasks.
- Conduct interviews, complete onboarding paperwork, and conduct all hiring/firing and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee time-off requests by approval or denial, perform mid-year and annual performance reviews, and manage any employee complaints.
- Manage KPI’s and monthly budgets for departments, communicate with individuals and stores on their progress for their weekly goals.

- Provide customer services and assist employees with any related issues.
- Promote efficiency in all departments by developing strategic plans to ensure monthly goals are achieved.
- Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure that goals are met.
