What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Mobile IV Medics Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher position at Mobile IV Medics?
Mobile IV Medics (MIVM) is a mobile healthcare business that specializes in providing in-home IV fluids, nutrients, and medicines. We work with clients all over the United States who are looking for a concierge IV service to help them feel their best.
At MIVM, we pride ourselves on the quality and speediness of our service. We are looking to add a bi-lingual dispatcher/customer service representative to aid in the continued success and growth of our company.
This position is entirely remote and can be worked in a quiet focused space at home as long as there is high-speed internet/phone connection. The expectation is that you prioritize responding to calls and messages as they come into the queue for the scheduled time frame but can work from the comfort of your own home.
This is a fast-paced, often high-volume position that requires quick thinking, rapid decision making, and advanced multi-tasking skills using multiple platforms at once.
What we expect:
- Learn, understand, and be able to explain our services on a basic level
- Answer client inquiries (via phone, text, social media, email, etc.) in a timely manner
- Ensure potential patients are adequately screened
- Coordinate and schedule appointments using various software
- Maintain active communication with practitioner & customer service/dispatch team
- Manage priorities and workflow while maintaining an excellent level of customer service
- Input patient information quickly and accurately
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA

- Ability to quickly switch between tasks

- Ability to work and communicate with remote team members
- Ability to adapt and execute new ideas quickly
- Must be extremely organized
- Must have strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical experience
- Dispatching Experience
- Experience working remotely
- Fluent in Spanish (Read, write, speak, understand) (a plus)
