Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and sales.
- Coordinate and host showroom tours for potential clients and partners.
- Aid in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Input orders and aid in product receiving.
- Assist with delivery and installation schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service and address visitor inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Gather customer feedback to improve the showroom experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or showroom management a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
