Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the on-going planning, scheduling, and implementation of client services. This position requires strong communication skills, customer service, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Duties
- Schedule dates of service with clients.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to date of service.
- Answer company phone calls and emails throughout the day.
- Maintain accurate client preferences and communication.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks related to scheduling and documentation.
- Provide support as needed to management team by assisting with various tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service and data entry work experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and staff professionally.
- Attention to detail is essential for documentation and schedule management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Hours
- Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm
