We are looking for a skilled and dependable Phone Repair Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires an individual with strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile devices while maintaining the high-quality service that sets PrecisionFix apart.

✔ Technical Expertise – Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charge port repairs, and other internal component fixes.

✔ Attention to Detail – Conduct thorough 60-point inspections to ensure all issues are properly addressed before returning devices to customers.

✔ Problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.

✔ Customer Service Excellence – Clearly explain repair processes, estimated costs, and expected turnaround times to customers with professionalism and courtesy.

✔ Equipment Maintenance – Properly use, maintain, and calibrate repair tools and equipment.

✔ Dependability & Initiative – Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding our commitment to precision and quality.

✔ Integrity & Trustworthiness – Handle customers’ personal devices responsibly, ensuring security and confidentiality.

🔹 Experience in phone repair or electronics repair (preferred but not required—training available for the right candidate).

🔹 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Basic knowledge of phone repair and equipment maintenance.

🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🔹 Ability to work independently and stay organized.

🔹 High school diploma or equivalent required.
