Mobile Therapy Centers (MTC) is a private practice with a progressive service delivery model, where the therapists come to the client. Over the last 16 years, Mobile Therapy Centers has evolved from a single therapist offering a single service to employing over 100 health professionals, who provide a multitude of high-quality customized therapeutic services (ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Counseling) for children, teens, adults, and families.
Mobile Therapy Centers (MTC) is looking for Occupational Therapist.
Summary of Position:
Provides advanced/specialized occupational therapy services appropriate to patients’ needs, direct evaluation, treatment, and support of motor and sensory disorders. Provides training and guidance to the Occupational Therapy team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform developmental screenings, evaluations, and occupational therapy as per short term goals established in client’s evaluation report.
· Finalize daily treatment session note and at a minimum weekly communication with parents/caregivers for each child summarizing session and including appropriate at-home reinforcements.
· Ability to Collaborate with parent/caregivers to carry out the sessions electing activities that facilitate patients' learning and skill development.
· Report caseload status within MTC services (i.e., enrollment, pending, screenings) on a consistent basis (timeframe to be mutually agreed upon) to Director of Operations.
· Identifies opportunities for improvement in department programs and/or processes and participates in process improvement projects
· Ensures appropriate delegation to and supervision of COTAs, students, interns, and volunteers within occupational therapy.
· Promotes professional growth and program development of occupational therapy services.
· Maintain weekly session productivity requirements.

Position Requirements:
· Master’s degree in occupational therapy
· State license in Occupational Therapy
· Use of personal vehicle for transport as needed to/from client sessions (where applicable)
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
· Lift/move up to 50lbs
· Must be able to de-escalate and manage challenging behaviors

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
