Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our personal training team is where the rubber meets the road for our clients' fitness journey, hopes, and needs. We are looking for the best of the best, and as such, we provide compensation and career potential that is worthy of top talent.
Provide measurable results for our clients, tracked by our 3D scanners
Build and nurture all client relationships, providing a positive experience that is educational, supporting, goal-driven, and upholds the integrity of the Mobile Trainers brand
Sales are NOT required from our personal training team, but any self-driven sales will be compensated for
Travel to Client location for all sessions. Must be willing and able to drive.
Remains current on certifications, credentials, and newest industry trends
Attend occasional promotional events and assist with grass-roots advertising to promote Mobile Trainers
Utilize Mobile Trainers' software system to track all appointments, keeping a clean and accurate calendar
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Clean Driver's License
1 year of personal training experience
Certified Personal Trainer - nationally recognized certification preferred
CPR / AED Certified
Nutrition Certification a Plus
Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and be able to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift / push / pull up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements
Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or other related field
