Description
The Sales Execution Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and sales effectiveness by addressing critical issues such as audit variances, cash shortages, loss investigations, and market performance. The specialist will work under the direction of the SEM while collaborating closely with Operations, Training, and Loss Prevention to enforce policies and maintain high standards across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Compliance: Review and address deficiencies in Merchandising Audits, ensuring that all failed audit items are corrected and re-audited.
- Training & Development: Partner with the Training Department to ensure all employees complete new hire and quarterly training programs.
- Loss Prevention & Investigations: Collaborate with Loss Prevention teams to address security audit findings, investigate missing inventory, and ensure proper documentation of asset handovers.
- Operational Support: Provide direct support to store personnel, troubleshooting operational concerns and ensuring policy adherence along with heavy focus on Time Management.
- Financial Oversight: Investigate and prevent chargebacks by analyzing daily Business
- New Store Launches: Assist in grand openings and new store launch preparations, including operational readiness and marketing efforts.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Ensure timely reporting and investigation of missing devices, oversee inventory counts, and monitor outstanding shipments.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wireless retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in loss prevention, compliance, or operational auditing is a plus.
- Must be able to travel as needed to support market operations.
