Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Executive Sales Director to lead the sales operations of half of Mobilelinks footprint. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, and overseeing key business functions, including Sales Operations, Talent Development, Training, and Customer Experience. The Executive Sales Director will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives while continuously enhancing operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to Field Sales Leadership and Store Operations Teams, ensuring the delivery of a world-class customer experience.
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture, equipping teams with the necessary skills, tools, and motivation to exceed business objectives.
- Oversee all Field Leadership within designated footprint, mentor, and retain top sales professionals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and develop targeted action plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources, Training, Real Estate, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
- Manage and optimize sales budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize profitability and operational success.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership experience in retail wireless sales operations or a comparable industry.
- 10 years of experience overseeing multi-regional sales operations within an Authorized Retailer or Retail Industry.
- Experience overseeing 250 locations within an Authorized Retailer or Retail Industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing high-impact sales strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, performance management, and operational best practices.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire large teams while cultivating a results-oriented sales culture.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and public speaking abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation, optimize processes, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
