Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee our grocery store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staffing.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with corporate management to align store objectives with company goals.
• Execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grocery store management or a similar retail environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in reporting and record keeping.
• Proven sales management experience with a focus on achieving results.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Proficient math skills for managing budgets and financial transactions.
