We're looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Director (RSD) to lead our sales efforts across multiple markets. What You'll Do:

As Regional Sales Director, you’ll lead, inspire, and manage teams to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for driving productivity and ensuring the success of your region, reporting directly to the Executive Sales Director and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.


  • Achieve and Exceed Goals: Own sales and KPI targets across your assigned locations, ensuring growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead with Purpose: Oversee and support a team of Territory Managers to maximize sales performance and improve customer retention.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations, from inventory management to cash handling, ensuring every location is running efficiently.
  • Innovate for Success: Identify and execute strategies to enhance the sales process, working closely with your team to improve quality and achieve measurable results.
  • Lead Training Initiatives: Coordinate and implement training programs for sales, management, and support teams to ensure ongoing development and success.
  • Boost Marketing Efforts: Spearhead grassroots marketing campaigns to support your team’s sales goals, building brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
  • Champion Company Initiatives: Implement and drive the execution of company strategies, ensuring consistency across your region.
  • Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance the overall employee and customer experience.


What You’ll Be Measured On:

  • Successfully hitting sales, profit, and strategic objectives within your region.
  • Timely execution of sales quotas, performance objectives, and organizational goals.
  • Effectively allocating resources like technology, training, and support to empower your sales team.
  • Providing accurate, timely reports that help shape the sales organization’s performance.
  • Achieving company-defined strategic goals and objectives.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4 years of experience in Multi-Unit Management (retail, wireless, or quick-service restaurant industries).
  • Proven track record overseeing 50 locations, preferably in Wireless Retail or Quick Service Restaurants.
  • 5 years of experience in the Wireless, Retail or Quick Service Restaurant industries.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
