Marketer

Join a leading neurosurgery practice in Beverly Hills as a Practice Marketer. Our surgical specialty practice is seeking a creative and driven individual to help implement strategies for building relationships with our referral sources. This role focuses on building relationships, and increasing the flow of referrals for pain management, and spinal cases. Job Specifics:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key contacts.
• Organize presentations, meetings, and networking events.
• Develop marketing materials specifically targeted to our practice specialty.
• Track and analyze referral sources.

Essential Marketing Skills:

• Email Marketing: Ability to create effective email campaigns for patient communication, newsletters, and promotions.
• Local Networking: Ability to build relationships with local and geographic practices and organization for referrals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and follow-up to create positive experience.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing marketing trends and technologies.
