We are searching for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter at our Headquarter office in Fountain Valley, California.

Tomorrow's most advanced automotive technology is being envisioned today at MOBIS Parts America (MPA). A subsidiary of Hyundai MOBIS, we are a top leading automotive parts supplier. MPA provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.
JOB PURPOSE
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing the organization’s human capital (people) though special projects, recruiting and organization management. Ensures headcount MPA and agency are within approved budget. This position requires that incumbents exhibit ethical behavior as stewards of the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment function including but not limited to the following key responsibilities:
~ Partner with hiring managers to build overall recruiting strategy: understand the needs of hiring managers and sourcing the best talent to fill open positions.
~ Continuously partner with recruiting team and managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruiting and social media strategies.
~ Stay active with current job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent.
~ Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
~ Manage intake meetings with hiring managers independently and determine candidate needs for each open position.
~ Work independently to identify appropriate candidates for each opening and determine appropriate fits for interview.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Recruiting –manage recruitment process from entry level through senior level management (internal and external) and experience in recruiting life cycle. Work with management and guide them through best actions to take, keeping in mind EEO laws.
- Handle new hire orientation, onboarding, I-9’s, background checks and drug screening.
WORK SCHEDULE/TRAVEL
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Role is Hybrid - three days in the office, two days remote.
MAJOR CHALLENGES AND KEY DECISIONS
- This position requires a high level of independent thinking, problem solving and requires decisions to be made daily that will keep the company in compliance with federal and state laws and protect the company from unnecessary litigation.

Pay: $54,363.95 - $80,186.83 per year
