Summary
Production Sales Specialist should have a high mechanical aptitude, and understanding and knowledge of automotive parts, in particular; electric powertrain products (motor, inverter, reducer, on board charger, converter, battery system).
Production Sales Specialist can collaborate with any team in the plant through new projects from RFQ to product specification and pricing negotiation. Monthly sales, daily billing and account receivable for OEM related tasks are carried out.
In addition, the Production Sales Specialist provides feedback on requests from various customer departments, giving customers a positive image of the company and contributing to improving the company's development.
The Production Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting the manager, making decisions about the job in a timely manner.
ABOUT MOBIS NORTH AMERICA ELECTRIFIED POWERTRAIN, LLC
MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Collaborate with any team in the plant and through new projects, from RFQ to product specification and pricing negotiation.
- Prepare price decisions based on cost calculations using Excel and designated tools.
- Help negotiate parts price with OEM for new projects and Engineering changes.
- Negotiate tooling costs and other expenses with OEM.
- Communicate with customer for any issue related Sales.
- Monitor daily billing training goods for Monthly closing.
- Maintain sales goals by monthly, quarterly, and yearly and create and analyze sales results report.
- Monitor Account Receivable from OEM.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Must have strong mindset.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
- Degree Field: Engineering/Science or Business/Economics, or 0-3 years equivalent work experience in Automotive industry.
- Automobile parts cost/accounting/price/sales work experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong cost/accounting analytical and technical skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environment
- Experience in Electric Powertrain product
- Experience in using ERP system
- Negotiation/ Project Management Skills in Automotive industry
- Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and English highly preferred

Working Conditions
- Office setting, some walking within and between buildings
- Overtime as needed
- Occasional travel with possible overnight or extended stays
