What are we looking for?
We are looking for a forward-thinking Digital Graphic Designer who will help evolve the visual identity of our brands through high-quality graphic content & visual storytelling. As a part of the in-house Marketing Design team, they will be responsible for the end-to-end development of delightful digital materials that drive business performance, taking creative ownership from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should also have experience with AI-driven tools to optimize creative workflows and enhance design processes.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with the digital ads team, copywriters, brand / comms, product marketing managers and other marketing designers throughout the entire design process : brainstorming, conception, iteration and final execution
Evaluate, grow and improve our brand & visual communication assets, ensuring quality and consistency
Prepare customer communication materials, including presentations, newsletters and whitepapers
Integrate AI-powered tools to streamline design workflows, generate creative concepts, and enhance the quality of deliverables
Requirements :
A portfolio that proves ability to create compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences
2 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in a marketing and / or SaaS setting)
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma
Experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL
- E, MidJourney, or similar platforms)
