What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Junior UI / UX Product Designer to join our in-house Product Design team and contribute to our diverse portfolio of productivity tools. These complex applications will present you with exciting design and usability challenges. Since our products are available on Windows, Android, iOS, Mac, and Web, the ideal candidate should be eager to learn how to adapt designs to suit the specific needs of multiple platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with experienced Product Designers and Product Managers on updates and new features in pursuit of our product and business goals.
  • Design engaging and functional user experiences, creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to bring your ideas to life.
  • Assist in conducting and analyzing UX test sessions to gain insights, validate designs, and develop familiarity with the UserLytics.com platform.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team, providing graphic assets, visual specifications, and supporting design implementation through reviews.
  • Support the analysis of feedback from end users, along with product usage analytics, to learn how to make data-driven decisions for usability improvements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our Design Systems to gain a deeper understanding of design consistency.
  • Learn and share insights with team members during weekly Product Design meetings to grow your skills.

Requirements :

  • A portfolio of interface designs which demonstrates a good understanding of the basic visual design and interaction principles.
  • A degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design or a related field, and / or equivalent relevant coursework or training.
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or a similar design tool.
  • Basic exposure to UI / UX design principles, with a willingness to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
