Qualifications
5 years of Account Management / Business development experience
Prior IT / IT Staffing or Solutions Sales experience
Prior experience of building and managing assigned accounts
Passionate about Sales, business development and meeting goals
Needs to have a hunter salesperson persona and a growth-based mindset
Ability to network, communicate and build strong and genuine relationships
Make outbound calls to clients and customers to introduce services, build relationships, and schedule meetings.
Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients to understand their staffing needs and present tailored solutions.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards
COMPENSATION : The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 with a potential earning opportunity of $120K plus
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new clients in the I.T. staffing space, focusing on Fortune 2000 companies and large enterprises.
You will be responsible for growing an existing accounts and tasked with solidifying new relationships in efforts to expanding our portfolio of services within the market
You must be able to develop relationships with key decision makers to maximize business opportunities for staffing offerings
Secure new business with prospects and existing clients
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of staffing solutions.
Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions / escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Close, and manage all relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners
Participates in company-sponsored and company-hosted events
