Qualifications

  • 5 years of Account Management / Business development experience
  • Prior IT / IT Staffing or Solutions Sales experience
  • Prior experience of building and managing assigned accounts
  • Passionate about Sales, business development and meeting goals
  • Needs to have a hunter salesperson persona and a growth-based mindset
  • Ability to network, communicate and build strong and genuine relationships
  • Make outbound calls to clients and customers to introduce services, build relationships, and schedule meetings.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients to understand their staffing needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards
  • Key Traits : Enthusiastic, Driven, Confident, Money-Motivated

  • COMPENSATION : The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 with a potential earning opportunity of $120K plus
  • Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
  • Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients in the I.T. staffing space, focusing on Fortune 2000 companies and large enterprises.
  • You will be responsible for growing an existing accounts and tasked with solidifying new relationships in efforts to expanding our portfolio of services within the market
  • You must be able to develop relationships with key decision makers to maximize business opportunities for staffing offerings
  • Secure new business with prospects and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions / escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Close, and manage all relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners
  • Participates in company-sponsored and company-hosted events
  • Salary : $120,000
