Our client, a growing financial based company, is looking to grow their IT team by adding an IT Manager to their organization. They are looking for someone who can really help modernize their environment and get things in a spot for easy scalability as there is a lot of growth initiatives that our client is trying to attain.
Ideally, they are looking for someone is a JOAT tech professional. Mainly looking for someone who has a good grasp of Windows and Azure technologies, can help them situate their APIs, and can set the stage to automate their platforms. This is a role that will overseeing a small team that consists of infrastructure, devops, and data engineers.
Additionally, this person will have to oversee a budget and relationships with vendors. Currently they work with an MSP and a VoIP provider, so assessing their long-term value will be crucial to the success of the company.
This will be a role reporting into the CEO and EVP.
This is a full-time role, will be onsite in their Addison office. Salary will be around $125-135K depending on experience, along with bonus incentives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of general IT experience.
- 3 years of IT Management.
- Strong background with overall infrastructure and software best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal experience.
- Proven experience with pushing products / platforms / projects from inception through the entirety of the development process.
