About The Role :

As a UX Content Designer on our Design team, you'll play a critical role in shaping intuitive, user-centered content that enhances engagement and accessibility across our digital products. You'll collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to craft clear, impactful messaging that guides users through seamless experiences. From optimizing user flows to developing website copy, your work will ensure that content and design work together to deliver a cohesive, delightful user experience that aligns with Mochi Health's mission.

What You'll Do :

Craft user-focused content for web and mobile interfaces, including navigation labels, buttons, error messages, FAQs, and in-app guidance.Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to develop content strategies that align with user journeys and business goals.Write, edit, and optimize key website pages, landing pages, call-to-actions, and educational content to enhance conversion rates and engagement.Conduct user research, usability testing, and A / B testing to validate content effectiveness and improve overall user experience.Ensure all content adheres to Mochi Health's tone of voice, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).Monitor and analyze content performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve UX content across our platforms.Develop and maintain content frameworks, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency across all products.Who You Are :

You have proven experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy for digital products.You have a strong portfolio showcasing UX-focused content that enhances user experiences across web and mobile platforms.You are user-centric, with a knack for simplifying complex topics into concise, actionable content.You have a strong understanding of UX best practices, including user flows, microcopy, and content hierarchy.You're familiar with SEO principles and data tools like Google Analytics to inform your content decisions.You thrive in cross-functional environments and can collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineers.You have excellent attention to detail and ensure that content is always clear, accessible, and inclusive.Set Yourself Apart With :

Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries.Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG guidelines) and best practices.Familiarity with design tools like Figma and collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence.Life At Mochi

The overall compensation :

100,000-130,000

base salary, not including our equity component.
