Analyze behavioral data using tools like Hotjar, PostHog, or similar platforms.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods with the ability to choose the right approach for each project.
Advocate for users and design experience that meet their needs while achieving business goals.

Who You Are
2 years in UX research or a related role, with a proven track record of shaping product decisions through impactful insights.
Skilled in behavioral analysis using tools like Hotjar, PostHog, and survey platforms, with bonus points for A / B testing and quantitative analysis.
Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, choosing the right approach for each project.
Passionate about crafting seamless, user-centric experiences that balance user needs with business objectives.
Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns and design principles to create intuitive, high-impact experiences.
Able to design elegant solutions for complex workflows with a fresh aesthetic approach.
Experienced in building scalable UI components while maintaining consistency.
Proficient in Figma, Framer, and collaboration tools like Miro for high-fidelity design and prototyping.
Works cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to align on priorities and drive meaningful outcomes.
Comfortable presenting complex findings and design decisions in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders at all levels.
Passionate about pixel-perfect execution and crafting experiences that drive engagement.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $130,000 to $130,000, in addition to equity and benefits.
