About The Role
Mochi Health and Aequita Pharmacy are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in Kirkland, WA. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely packaging and shipping of prescriptions to our patients. Your work will directly contribute to seamless pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare packaging materials for shipping Mochi Health prescriptions.
- Assemble supply bags and boxes, ensuring proper inserts are included.
- Unpack and organize insulative flasks within prescription packaging.
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming packaging shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks (forklift experience is a plus).
Who You Are
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs safely and effectively.
- Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation for a consistent 8-hour shift.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accuracy in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Pharmacy Assistant certification or experience in pharmaceutical packaging is a plus but not required.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, in addition to upside potential, and benefits. The pay range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire compensation across all locations. Actual pay within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
