Position Overview
We are seeking an engaging, enthusiastic, and sales-driven associate to serve as a key representative of MOD BIKES. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is passionate about e-bikes, and is eager to help grow our local customer base.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales and Brand Ambassador will create a welcoming, informative, and enjoyable customer experience in our showroom and at events. They will drive sales, engage with our community, and play an active role in MOD BIKES’ brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Serve as a brand advocate, providing in-depth knowledge of MOD BIKES' products and services.
- Deliver an engaging in-store experience, helping customers find the right e-bike and accessories.
- Proactively drive sales by identifying customer needs, offering recommendations, and closing transactions.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Event Representation & Community Engagement
- Represent MOD BIKES at community events, promotional activations, and pop-up experiences to drive awareness and generate leads.
- Assist with event planning, setup, and execution, ensuring a seamless and engaging brand presence.
- Actively network and build relationships with potential customers, local businesses, and brand partners.
Marketing & Business Development
- Help develop local marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract customers.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our local presence and brand storytelling.
- Serve as a key player in MOD BIKES’ grassroots marketing initiatives.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using digital tools.
- Process payments and ensure proper handling of customer orders.
- Maintain showroom organization and merchandising to create an inviting retail environment.

- Availability to work Saturdays, holidays, and events as needed.
