Job Description
Restaurant Supervisor Lead
The Restaurant Supervisor Lead is the second-in-command on the store leadership team. You will lead, coach, and develop the skills of Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and sustain a positive tone for the shift, maintaining high energy levels
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for both Squad Crew and customers
- Keyholder cash handling responsibilities
- Listen, acknowledge, and resolve any Squad crew and/or customer concerns
- Manage shift duties checklists and address/escalate equipment malfunctions
