ABOUT

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing specific key client accounts and maintaining an excellent client relationship. The Senior Account Manager establishes budgets with the client, is there for conflict resolution, ensures timely deliverables, writes creative briefs and supports client financials in partnership with Account leadership and operations. They are also in charge of contracts and contract renewals, quality control on the account, and actively pursues new opportunities with the client. Above all, the Senior Account Manager knows more about the accounts than anyone else in the agency; s/he is the go-to person for that client.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

…Manage Key Client Account

  • sBuild and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and brand exper
  • tUnderstand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities of client, target audience and industr
  • yDefine client goals and KPIs, working with clients and internal teams to align on strateg
  • yProvide strategic branding, thought leadership and expertise to expand business relationship
  • sSupport Account leadership with proactively planning client/agency projects on a quarterly and annual basi

sProject and Financial Oversigh

  • tWork closely with internal teams to develop creative briefs, plans, recommendations, and deliverable
  • sManage all assigned client projects, ensuring work aligns with brand strategy and client goal
  • sOversee budgets, create and monitor client SOWs, and handle billing reconciliation with oversight from Account leadershi
  • pManage and support Account Managers and Account Coordinators, providing guidance and overseeing quality contro

lStrategic Contributio

  • nParticipate in all strategic planning, including account plannin
  • gProactively identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within client account
  • sAct as an ambassador for the brand, internally and externall

  • LS4-6 years of experience in account management, agency setting preferr
  • edExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all leve
  • lsStrong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business growth targe
  • tsExperience in strategic planning, budget management, and overseeing te
