Position Summary
This role supports multiple teams within Population Health by assisting with program management, coordinating client-specific program development, and administrative tasks as needed. Plan and manage project activities and tasks related to key corporate initiatives. Support the development of project work plans, including execution of project tasks and deliverables, helping gather/define program requirements, documenting requirements, and reporting project status. Support with administrative duties to ensure departmental goals are met. This is a full-time WFH position.
Pay Range
$44,618.84 - $55,778.72 annually (depending on experience)
- Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare or related field, and/or licensed professional in related health care field.
- 1-3 years of experience coordinating projects involving cross functional business impacts.
- PC Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and comfort learning new software applications.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including conflict management.
- Ability to come in to work on time and daily.
- Maintain a professional business presence in all communications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Project coordination experience and ability to work on multiple projects.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled at applying problem solving skills in a logical, systematic approach.
- Ability to influence others to build consensus and gain cooperation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
Primary Functions:
- Participate in the planning and execution of small-scale projects.
- Provide daily project support including documenting requirements, tracking and managing deliverables, coordinating meetings and reporting outcomes.
- Manage time effectively while tracking and prioritizing a dynamic range of tasks and assignments.
- Implement projects and programs assigned to the team, consistent with department objectives and strategic goals.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills in dealing with fellow employees, supervisors, stakeholders, other department employees, and vendors to maximize productivity, and positive employee relations.
- Complete assignments on time and communicate with department staff regularly regarding project status, prioritization, and completion.
- Ongoing maintenance of audit tools and documentation
- Ensures oversight of data accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions & Contact with Others
- Office environment with extensive close PC and keyboard work, constant sitting, and phone work. Must be able to navigate multiple screens. Work in excess of 40 hours per week, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet business need.
- Internally with staff members and leadership within population health and healthcare services, as well as externally with employer groups and vendors when assigned.
