Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Communicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong background in construction management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience supervising field operations in concrete related construction projects
- Familiarity with construction management software
