Sales Store Supervisor - Bethesda

Job Summary: Trellint is currently seeking a Sales Store Supervisor for our client in Bethesda, Maryland. We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and organized sales supervisor to join our team at 4720 Cheltenham Drive, Bethesda, MD 20814. The primary responsibility of this role is to supervise daily tasks of the sales store. These tasks require reconciling financials, managing audits and leading and training a small team to represent Montgomery County to the public. The Sales Store Supervisor will also be involved in customer service tasks such as answering inquiries, providing information to customers, and assisting with administrative duties related to parking permits. Job Description: Requirements: * Full understanding of the County’s parking system and business rules * Provide the highest level of customer care and professionalism * Ability to understand customer needs, remain empathetic while offering solutions and support. * Oversee collection of parking violation notice payments. * Oversee the collection of payments for monthly Parking Convenience Stickers and Residential Parking permits programs. * End of day reconciliation and deposit of revenue intake and transactions. * Track and monitor daily and monthly reporting. * Manage monthly reporting audits. * Professionally work with County client contacts * Supervise staff (2) in training and individual growth of staff * Open and close the sales office Other Requirements: consistent and punctual attendance excellent communication skills proficiency in computer systems ability to work under pressure and think critically prior experience in client relationships experience with complex cashiering and customer service Receptive to learning new systems, coaching, and working as a team Trellint is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer that values equity, diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace.
