We are a growing residential construction and remodeling company looking for a Field Manager to oversee daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and at a high standard. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency in the field while allowing the leadership team to focus on growth. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in residential construction with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining quality control, enforcing safety standards, tracking project costs, and ensuring smooth job site operations. This role involves scheduling, resolving issues, monitoring progress, inspecting completed work, and providing regular reports to the office team. The Field Manager will also verify material deliveries, manage site logistics, and ensure compliance with permits and inspections.
Candidates must have 3 years of experience in residential construction field management, knowledge of building methods and materials, and the ability to read blueprints and scopes of work. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with experience in project scheduling and subcontractor management. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, and experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is a plus
