Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist – Model 1 Ford of Warsaw
Location: Warsaw, IN
Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist for our Model 1 Ford of Warsaw location. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments. This position requires a proficiency in accounting, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
- Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation for payments.
Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing accounts payable reports.
Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries regarding payments or account issues.
Utilize accounting software.
Perform data entry tasks including 10 key typing for invoice processing and record maintenance.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paylocity is a plus.
- Experience in account posting is a plus!
- Dealership experience is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using DealerTrack is a plus.
