JOB SUMMARY: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Modern Aesthetic Centers’ brand identity and business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the aesthetics, wellness, or medical spa industries.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design and video editing software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Additional Attributes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in developing and executing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends is advantageous.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans tailored to our three locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and clinical teams to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and compliant with industry standards.
- Content Creation & Management
- Produce high-quality, engaging content including images, videos, infographics, and blog posts.
- Write compelling copy that reflects the brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Oversee the scheduling and publishing of content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Community Engagement & Growth
- Monitor and manage interactions on social media channels, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, influencers, and industry partners.
- Engage with local communities around each spa location to build a strong, loyal following.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to measure campaign success.
- Utilize analytics tools to refine strategies and improve content performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize social media initiatives.
- Brand Management & Compliance
- Ensure all social media activities and content are in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and aesthetics across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
