We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of a Customer Support Representative to join our Modern Dental Center in Newark, DE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support customers with their ordering needs, provide technical support and communication on new products and services
- Support our sales and marketing team to attract new customers
- Address client issues with the items, such as quality concerns or delivery dates.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers for matters ranging from general questions to complicated cases
- Educate existing customers on Modern Dental Lab products and services
- Case data entry into our CPM software (Magic Touch laboratory software) and ability to become proficient with the software quickly
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant or hygienist preferred
- Knowledge of dental lab or dental products, materials, techniques, and terminology preferred
- Ability to enhance the level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to educate clients on other components, such as product innovation or process modernization
- Strong English, verbally and written to communicate and reply to customers via phone and email
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Valid Driver's License
- Team players are a must
- High school diploma or equivalent required
