We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician for High Plains New Holland in La Salle, CO. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in the field and at times in the shop. You will diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure that our customers' equipment is running at peak performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, experience working with farm equipment, and excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks is essential in this role. As a Field Service Technician, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with the service department and provide outstanding customer service for our customers.
Some of the key responsibilities of a Field Service Technician include :
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment in the field
- Performing preventative maintenance on farm equipment
- Assisting customers with technical support and troubleshooting
- Documenting steps taken to diagnose, trouble shoot, and resolve repairs
