Technician - Ag

Wickham Tractor Co. is offering an excellent opportunity for an Ag Technician at our Greeley, Colorado location. The Ideal Candidate will bring:

• 4-5 years of experience in large Ag equipment repairs - Case IH preferred
• Experience working on high horsepower equipment, but specialize in large Ag
• Superior customer service skills
• Proficient and up-do-date diagnostic skills
• Strong ability to execute repairs and maintenance on customer and dealership equipment
• A willingness to learn, listen, and ask questions
• Highly developed quality and efficiency skills
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent follow-up skills and be deadline driven
• Willingness to work off-hours for service during peak season

Education & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Agriculture, Farming, Heavy Equipment, or related field.
• Dealership service training or other related work experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver’s license and insurability on the company insurance plan are required.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance regularly. The position also requires grasping with both hands, pushing and pulling, working around moving machinery, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, speaking, and seeing.

Compensation:

• $20.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Training:

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
• May need to perform duties outside of regular business hours

Work Location:

• This is not a remote position. Requires to be in person at the dealership location
